AI-generated outputs:

• should not be relied upon without review
• are provided for operational assistance
• Divishi is not responsible for decisions made solely based on AI outputs.

• Clients retain ownership of their data
• Divishi processes data only to deliver services

6. Confidentiality

We will take reasonable measures to protect confidential information. Clients should also ensure appropriate internal controls.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted availability
• error-free operation

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Divishi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• total liability is limited to fees paid for services (if applicable)

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Clients may also terminate services as agreed.
